SERVICE DETAILS

While we often design Mini Cabins and Cabins to a client’s specifications, we have plenty of standard services that we offer on any Cabin style series. Imagine going out into your own personal quilting space, sipping wine, fly tying sanctuary, reloading room or just escape every day stress in your own little space overlooking nature.

The Foundation

Keeping the foot print under 200 square feet all that is required is a zoning permit, easily obtained at your local town- ship.

The Frame

Framed in the same style of our low maintenance series, the cabin series offers a easily maintainable small personal space to enjoy any day of the year.

The Roof & Siding

You can choose to have a shingle of metal roof. Either option will begin with engineered roof trusses, OSB, and synthetic underlayment. Your cabin’s exterior will come to life with an array of colorful soffit and fascia to complement your choice of exterior siding.

The Extras

Interior can be left un-finished or finished to the needs that fit. Michigan white cedar is always the most commonly used option on the cabins with the unique aroma and warm glow, your cabin will be the talk of your friends when you show it off.
